Item Support refers to the assistance provided by the item author or Motion Create support team related to a purchased digital product.
Item Support includes:
- ✅ Availability of the author to answer questions
- ✅ Answering technical questions about the item’s features and functionality
- ✅ Assistance with reported bugs and technical issues
- ✅ Help with included third-party assets (when applicable)
3. What Item Support Does NOT Include
Item Support does not include:
- ❌ Customization or modification services
- ❌ Installation or setup services
- ❌ Project-specific consulting
- ❌ Software training or tutorials beyond documentation
Support is limited strictly to the original item as delivered.
4. Item Support Duration
- Each paid purchase that includes support comes with 6 months of standard item support, starting from the date of purchase
- Support covers bug fixes and assistance related to the original version of the item
5. Support Extension
Customers may extend their support period:
- Before the original support period expires
- By purchasing a 12-month paid support extension
Important notes:
- Unused or expired support extensions are non-refundable
- Support extensions apply only to eligible paid items
6. Free Items Support
- Free Items do NOT include item support
- Motion Create does not provide technical assistance, bug fixes, or updates for Free Items
- Free Items are provided “as is”
7. Subscription & Support
- Subscription plans include access to items but do not automatically include item support
- Support availability for subscription downloads may vary depending on the product
8. Updates & Compatibility
Item Support may include:
- Bug fixes for the item
- Minor compatibility updates
It does not guarantee:
- New features
- Major version upgrades
- Compatibility with future software releases
9. Fair Use of Support
Support must be used reasonably and respectfully.
Motion Create reserves the right to:
- Limit support requests
- Suspend support access in cases of abuse or misuse
