These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the Motion Create Referral Program. By joining or using the referral program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Program Overview
The Motion Create Referral Program allows registered users to earn rewards by referring new customers to Motion Create using a unique referral link.
Rewards are granted only when the referred user completes a valid purchase that meets the program requirements.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the referral program, you must:
- Have an active Motion Create account
- Be at least 18 years old
- Comply with these Referral Program Terms and the Motion Create Terms of Use
Motion Create reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke participation at any time.
3. How Referrals Work
- Each user receives a unique referral link
- A referral is considered valid when:
- A new user registers using your referral link
- The referred user completes a successful purchase
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
4. Rewards & Commissions
- Referral rewards may be offered as:

- Discount coupons
- Cash commissions (when applicable)
- The reward value and structure are defined on the Referral Program page
- Rewards are credited only after the purchase is confirmed and not refunded
Motion Create reserves the right to change reward amounts or structures at any time.
5. Payment & Withdrawal
If cash commissions are available:
- A minimum payout threshold may apply
- Payments are processed using the available payout methods
- Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information
Motion Create is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details.
6. Prohibited Activities
Participants may not:
- Refer themselves or use multiple accounts
- Use misleading, spam, or deceptive promotion methods
- Post referral links on unauthorized platforms
- Misrepresent Motion Create or its products
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
If a referred purchase is refunded, canceled, or disputed:
- The associated referral reward will be revoked
- Any credited commission may be deducted from future earnings
8. Program Modifications & Termination
Motion Create reserves the right to:
- Modify the referral program
- Suspend or terminate the program at any time
- Change eligibility, rewards, or conditions without prior notice
9. Taxes
Participants are responsible for any taxes related to referral rewards or earnings, in accordance with local laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Motion Create shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues affecting referral tracking
- Lost or untracked referrals
- Program interruptions or modifications
11. Relationship of Parties
Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Motion Create.
12. Governing Law
These Referral Program Terms are governed by applicable laws, in accordance with the Motion Create Terms of Use.
