Yes. You can create a project for a client. The client can use the delivered result, even after your subscription ends, but does not receive the source files of the items.
Projects started during your subscription remain licensed. To start new projects with the items, you need a new subscription.
Your subscription is personal. You can use it on up to 3 devices in any period of 30 days.
The items of the participating authors. The page of each item shows whether it is included in the subscription.
